In this role, you will be the critical link between our clients' challenges and our world-class manufacturing solutions. By leveraging your deep technical understanding of electronics manufacturing, you will help customers solve complex problems, pulling in the appropriate engineering support to address their pain points. You will be the chief advocate for our capabilities—clearly communicating what we do, how we do it exceptionally well, and why Foreseeson is the superior choice over our competitors.

Expected pay for this position is CA$70,000.00 base per year + Commission

Core Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy & Solution Sales
- • Relationship Building: Serve as the primary liaison between Foreseeson and the customer throughout the entire business relationship, managing the health of customer accounts to cultivate and farm repeat business.
- • Strategic Alignment: Drive success for customer projects while consistently meeting the company's sales, revenue, and margin objectives.
- • On-Site Engagement: Visit customer sites as needed to deepen relationships, manage project expectations, and better understand their operational environments.
- • Proactive Communication: Research accounts daily to inform customers on the status of their products. Anticipate questions and be prepared to supply customers with every available option.
- • Voice of Customer: Be the voice of the customer to drive for continuous improvements and capabilities expansion.
- Project & Delivery Management
- • Cross-Functional Execution: Manage the development and implementation process of the customer’s products and services, involving departmental teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
- • Lifecycle Monitoring: Monitor programs from purchase order initiation through delivery, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
- • Detail Orientation: Ensure absolute customer satisfaction by meticulously managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance.
- • Problem Solving: Perform a wide variety of tasks related to supporting customer requirements and solving problems while maintaining profitability and driving cost savings.
- Operations & Financial Stewardship
- • Forecasting & Backlog: Plan and direct schedules and forecasts. Monitor the backlog by customer or product, utilizing our ERP system and AI tools to ensure alignment with production capabilities.
- • Financial Oversight: Assist with the review and management of revenue and P&L by program, including the analysis of results and the submission of accurate forecasts.
- • Process Improvement: Interface regularly with Operations to assist in improving processes, performance, and cost savings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- • Background: Educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with strong project management experience.
- • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing and solution sales.
- • Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of SMT production processes, soldering operations, assembly processes, and overall production flow.
- • Quality First: Deep knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality system and an ingrained mindset of how quality is built into a product through culture and care, not just inspection.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success
- To ensure mutual growth and impact, your performance will be measured by the following metrics:
- * Financial Growth: Achievement of 100% or greater against quarterly Sales Revenue and Gross Margin objectives.
- * Account Expansion: Year-over-year increase in repeat business volume and successful cross-selling of new services to existing accounts.
- * Customer Satisfaction: High retention rates and top-tier scores on formal Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) evaluations.
- * Forecasting Accuracy: Maintenance of <5% variance between projected pipeline/backlog forecasts and actualized quarterly revenue.
- * Project Delivery: 100% alignment with Operations to ensure customer programs remain on schedule and within the defined budget constraints.
