You will be the face of Foreseeson to our clients, leveraging your deep technical understanding of SMT production and assembly processes to show our customers why we are the superior choice in the electronics manufacturing space. Your goal is to drive customer success while simultaneously hitting our company's revenue, sales, and margin targets.

Core Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy & Business Liaison
- • Primary Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between Foreseeson and the customer throughout the entire business lifecycle.
- • Customer-First Strategy: Drive success for customer projects by aligning their needs with our sales, revenue, and margin objectives.
- • Relationship Management: Regularly connect with or visit customers as needed to foster long-term relationships and manage project nuances on-site.
- • Transparent Communication: Monitor and manage accounts status daily to provide real-time updates; be the expert who provides options and solutions before the customer even asks.
- Project Management & Execution
- • Implementation Oversight: Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of products and services, coordinating across departmental teams.
- • Detail Management: Ensure satisfaction by obsessing over project schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- • Operations Interface: Work frequently with Operations, Planning, and the Warehouse to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets are met.
- • Technical Savvy: Use your knowledge of SMT production, soldering, and assembly flow to assist Operations in improving processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial & Operational Stewardship
- • Revenue Recognition: Manage the loading of incoming orders, payment invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
- • Forecasting: Plan and direct forecasts, maintaining an accurate backlog by customer or product.
- • P&L Management: Assist in the review and management of revenue/P&L by program, analyzing results to submit accurate future forecasts.
- • Change Management: Navigate sudden shifts in project priorities or final-hour changes with professional composure and clear team communication.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- • Experience: Proven experience in program or project management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SMT production processes, soldering operations, and general assembly flow.
- • Quality Standards: Solid working experience with the ISO 9001 quality system and an understanding of how to build quality into a product through culture and care.
- • Soft Skills:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success
- * Project Profitability: Achievement of target Gross Margin percentage across all assigned customer programs.
- * Delivery Performance: Maintenance of >98% On-Time Delivery (OTD) for all customer orders.
- * Revenue Growth: Meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue forecasts and identifying organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- * Customer Satisfaction: Score based on annual/semi-annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT) and repeat business rates.
- * Operational Accuracy: 100% accuracy in backlog reporting and revenue recognition timelines.
