Core Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- ISO System Management: Effectively run and manage the ISO 9001 system, including hosting customer audits and conducting internal and external supplier audits.
- Non-Conformance Management: Ensure timely processing and closure of NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and PCAR (Proactive Corrective Action Reports).
- Customer Success: Manage the end-to-end process for customer-initiated SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Reports) and track/manage customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform in-depth investigations into quality issues. You will collaborate with Process and Manufacturing Engineering to conduct Design-of-Experiment (DOE) and Ishikawa Diagram analyses.
- Quality Standards Expansion: Lead the strategic roadmap to expand our current ISO 9001 certification into IATF 16494 or ISO 13485.

Quality Democratization: Partner with cross-functional teams to align quality requirements with operational goals and train staff on quality-first mindsets.
Technical & Analytical Requirements
- Operational Metrics: Develop and maintain critical KPIs to support manufacturing and quality functions.
- Visual Dashboards: Create and manage real-time quality performance dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Provide analytical support for continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, prioritizing opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Scalable Frameworks: Collaborate with stakeholders to build reporting templates that support company growth and future scalability.
- Quality Governance: Lead initiatives to identify process gaps and implement robust validation processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field.
- Expertise: Strong working experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and a deep understanding of quality-by-design principles.
- Analytical Tools: Proficiency in SQL (for data extraction), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Mindset: A passion for continuous improvement and a curiousity for how AI can enhance defect detection and predictive quality.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and communicate complex technical issues clearly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success
- Your impact will be measured by the following metrics:
- * Audit Performance: Zero "Major" non-conformances during external ISO/Customer audits.
- * Response Time: 100% on-time closure of SCARs and RMAs within agreed-upon SLAs.
- * Corrective Action Effectiveness: <2.5% recurrence rate of quality issues following the implementation of PCARs.
- * Visualization & Insight: Successful deployment of a real-time Quality Dashboard utilized by Manufacturing leadership.
- * Strategic Growth: Completion of the Gap Analysis and Readiness Plan for IATF 16949 or ISO 13485 within the first 6 months.
