· 3+ years experience in B2B event marketing
· Demonstrated experience in channel marketing or partner marketing environments
· Experience managing corporate events end-to-end
· Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills

Your Impact
1. Channel & Partner Event Execution (Primary Focus)
· Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B partner events across Canada
· Manage tradeshows, roadshows, lunch & learns, executive hospitality events, and sponsorship activations
· Own venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, contracts, and budgeting
· Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, and on-site logistics
· Act as on-site lead ensuring seamless execution
· Create structured post-event ROI reports tied to leads and partner performance
2. Vendor & MDF Program Coordination
· Work directly with vendor channel marketing teams (e.g., Fortinet, EV partners, hardware vendors)
· Support co-branded initiatives and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
· Track budget utilization and ensure compliance with vendor guidelines
· Align event objectives with vendor quarterly priorities
3. Brand & Creative Alignment
· Collaborate on signage, booth design, event collateral, and presentation materials
· Ensure consistent brand presence across ITD, EMS, and EV divisions
· Coordinate production vendors for printed and experiential assets
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Align event strategies with Sales pipeline objectives
· Coordinate executive participation where required
· Work closely with internal marketing team on content amplification

· Independently running partner events with minimal oversight
· Strategic and compliant MDF fund utilization
· Improved event execution systems and playbooks
· Structured post-event reporting tied to measurable ROI

Compensation
Salary
Competitive annual salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and channel/event marketing background.
